CIT's Human Resources courses offer the skills and knowledge to get you into a thriving HR career!

Across these courses you'll learn the fundamental office skills required for many administrative and office positions. You will study in a practical environment, while learning theoretical concepts in topics including; personnel management, staff training, recruitment and workforce planning and human resource management. If you choose to complete the Advanced Diploma, you'll gain the skills to go into leadership, change management and strategic planning for businesses and professional organisations.
