Learning Outcomes
summarise and critically review key studies in a particular substantive area of research;
use theory and existing literature to formulate social research questions and hypotheses;
construct and critically assess quantitative and qualitative social research designs;
identify the key stages of the social research project
together, and be able to apply this knowledge to real-world research projects;
undertake basic statistical analysis appropriate for answering a stated research question;

A Bachelor degree or international equivalent with a minimum GPA of 6/7 and the approval of an identified supervisor for the thesis.
Applicants with a Bachelor Degree or Graduate Certificate in a cognate discipline may be eligible for 24 units (one semester) of credit.

Academic IELTS overall score of 6.5 with at least 6 in each component of the test; TOEFL internet based test score of 80, with a minimum of 20 in Reading and Writing and 18 in Speaking and Listening; TOEFL paper based test score of 570 with TWE score of 4.5; Cambridge CAE Advanced score of 176 overall with at least 169 in all sub skills; PTE Academic score of Overall 64, minimum score of 55 in each section.
