It is a flexible program that aims to answer questions of matter, energy and how they interact in the world around us! You’ll be able to do research with our award-winning faculty, find innovative ways to apply your analytical skills and develop as a professional with industry specific hands-on experience through our co-op internship.

All programs require successful completion of the OSS Diploma and a minimum 70% average of six Grade 12 U or M courses, including ENG4U. Applicants who have completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma with a minimum overall score of 24, and passes in a minimum of 6 subjects including at least three courses at the Higher Level will be considered for admission to the University of Windsor. English Language Requirements: A minimum score of 6.5 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS); or A minimum score of 60 on the Carleton University’s Canadian Academic English Language Assessment (CAEL); or A minimum score of 60 on the Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE); or A minimum overall score of 176 on the Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) or the Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE); or Successful completion of the University of Windsor's English Language Improvement Program (ELIP) (level III) with a minimum final grade of 75%; or A minimum score of 85 on the English Proficiency Test administered by the English Language Institute of the University of Michigan (MELAB); or A minimum score of 220 with a T.W.E. 4.5 on the Computer-based Test, 83 with an essay score of 20 on the Internet-based Test of English as a Foreign Language (T.O.E.F.L.).

Minimum admission average of 70% (plus 70% secondary average). ENG4U, MHF4U, SCH4U and SBI4U are required. MCV4U is strongly recommended. SPH4U is recommended.

Grade 12 English, Grade 12 Chemistry, Grade 12 Advanced Functions, plus one of Grade 12 Physics or Grade 12 Biology. Grade 12 Calculus and Vectors is strongly recommended. Grade 12 Physics is recommended. A minimum 70% average of all attempted science and math courses is required. Chemistry students may apply to co-op internship in Year 3; there is no direct admission from high school. Entry is competitive.

Education equivalent to the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) with six Grade 12 academic courses. Grades will be converted to Ontario equivalent grades.
