Prepare to join one of the largest sectors in Canada and the world: the constantly evolving hospitality and tourism industry. This program combines experiential learning, including an optional co-op, 1,000 hours of work experience, case study analyses and on-site food management opportunities, with industry-related research and one-on-one career support. You’ll develop the soft skills and business acumen needed to lead sustainable service organizations in various sectors.
After Graduation
In-class and in-the-field experience will lead to exciting careers in many sectors of the hospitality and tourism industry. You may work for large hotel organizations, conferences, tourism boards and operators or entrepreneurial-oriented companies in management and leadership roles. Or, pursue graduate studies including an MBA or MScM with a specialization in hospitality and tourism management.
This is a Grades-Only program. Students are evaluated on the basis of academic achievement/grades only. Additional non-academic requirements are not required for admission consideration.
