Dalhousie's Agricultural Business program is where science meets business, bringing the best of both worlds together. At the Agricultural Campus in Truro, N.S., you'll experience a hands-on scientific education with practical work in the lab and in the field.

Agricultural Business introduces current issues, challenges and opportunities in the agricultural and related sectors to prepare you for a rewarding career. Courses cover business management, natural science and agriculture, so you can approach these industries with a well-rounded foundation of essential knowledge.

To be considered for admission High School applicants require grade 12 academic English, Math, Chemistry and one of Biology or Physics with no mark below 70% in each of these courses and an overall minimum average of 75%. Post secondary applicants require a minimum GPA of 2.75 (on a 4.30 scale), with no grade lower than C in prerequisite courses. English language requirement: Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) - 237 (computer-based) 90 (iBT) and no lower than 20 in each band; International English Language Testing System (IELTS) - 6.5 overall and no lower than 6.0 in each band; Michigan English Test (MELAB) – 55; Pearson Test of English (Academic) - 61 overall and no lower than 50 in each skill.
