Our Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science program teaches you the fundamentals of programming, algorithm design and computation. You'll learn about data management and analysis to gain a fundamental understanding of big data and its use within the industry. Our BSc in Physics program provides a strong foundation in Newtonian and modern physics, quantum mechanics, electricity, magnetism, optics and electronics, in combination with mathematics. You also have the opportunity to learn about electronics and applied physics in more depth through specialized courses.When combined, our BSc in Computer Science and Physics program provides you with a unique opportunity to obtain practical computer programming skills and, at the same time, gain knowledge of modern physics.Graduates of this combined program are ready to fill the demands of a developing technology sector in careers such as a computer analyst, an optical engineer, or a business intelligence consultant.

Students must have the following:

  • Minimum admission range of high 70s.
  • English at 60%.
  • Advanced Functions at 60%.
  • Two of Calculus & Vectors, Chemistry or Physics at 60%.

International Baccalaureate Requirements

  • HL or SL English, Math, and one of Chemistry or Physics at 3.
  • IB Minimum Score: 27.

English Proficiency

Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) - Internet-based testing (TOEFL iBT): an overall score of 83 or higher with a minimum score of 20 in each component; Paper-based testing: 560 or higher.

International English Language Testing System (IELTS) - An academic score of 6.5 or higher with a minimum of 6.0 in each band.

Canadian Academic English Language Assessment (CAEL) - 70 overall or higher (each band 60 or higher).

Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE) - 59 overall or higher.

Cambridge Assessment English (CAE) - Overall score of 176.
