Introduction
The BSE will graduate engineers who can enter into research, development, and design positions, function effectively on multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the advancement in engineering-related projects upon graduation.
Awarded by Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, offered by ERC Institute (ERCI), the 128-credit hour degree program is designed with subject matter from mechanical, electrical, aeronautical and systems engineering. This course aims to support the growth development of aerospace technologies and address current industry challenges.

Course Structure
Full-Time (courses conducted during the day)
Students pursuing the BSE degree program at a full-time pace will take 3 courses each term. The 128 credit hour BSE degree is designed to be completed in 4 years. However, diploma and/or ''A'' level holders are eligible for a significant number of course exemptions and can expect to complete the degree program in as little as 2 years.
Part-Time (courses conducted during the evening)
Students pursuing the BSE degree program at a part-time pace will take 2 courses each term. The full 128 credit hour BSE degree is designed to be completed in 5 years. However, diploma and/or ''A'' level holders are eligible for a significant number of course exemptions and can expect to complete the degree program in as little as 3 years. Part-time students also have the option of accelerating completion of the degree by taking some courses entirely online.
Course Availability
Our primary intake for the BSE degree program takes place in July of each year however, it is possible to start in January as well. A member of the Enrollment Management team can help you decide which start term works best for you.

Applicants for whom English is not the primary language must either:
Attain a minimum score on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) of 550 (paper-based) or 79-80 (Internet-based).
Attain a minimum score on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) of 6.0.
Earn transferable credit for a course that is the equivalent of ENGL 123 (English Composition) at an accredited postsecondary institution.
Show evidence of attendance and graduation from a secondary school in which the language of instruction was English.
