The Higher Diploma programme equips students with the skills needed to succeed at higher level management in the hospitality industry. The emphasis is on business, tourism development, sustainability, entrepreneurship, human resource management, financial decision making, events management and food and beverage studies. Students work individually as well as in groups in order to develop their critical thinking and managerial skills. This challenging programme will prepare you well for a top quality internship either in Switzerland or abroad.

22 week internship placements can be taken after each semester of study. To complete the BA programme, a student must have completed a minimum of 12 months of placements in total.
