Что я буду изучать?

Receive practical training towards a career in modern biosciences research on this Master's course. Suitable for graduates in a range of scientific disciplines, this course provides considerable flexibility to focus on specialist subjects in line with your research interests and career intentions. You'll carry out two equally weighted research projects, one in the autumn term and the second in the summer term. These will be planned in consultation with expert staff. You'll also develop transferable skills through a mixture of laboratory work, presentations and computer-based work.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree. The minimum requirement is based on the university's selectivity ranking; from the most competitive we look for a minimum cumulative GPA of 3/4 to 3.25/4 or better. From other mainstream universities we look for a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5/4 or better. Departments may require a higher grade from particular institutions.

Students need to have a minimum requirement of 2.1 degree in a biosciences-based subject. Applicants should also demonstrate a commitment to a career in biosciences research. All candidates must demonstrate a minimum level of English language proficiency for admission to the College. Students need to have IELTS – Academic (Test-Centre/UKVI SELT/Online) with 6.5 overall (minimum 6.0 in all elements) for Standard level and 7.0 overall (minimum 6.5 in all elements) for Higher level. TOEFL iBT with 92 overall (minimum 20 in all elements) for Standard and 100 overall (minimum 22 in all elements) for Higher level.
